Wedding photography is so much more than taking beautiful pictures. It’s trusting me with your most intimate moments. It’s believing that I care about your VIPs as much as you do. It’s knowing I have the experience and tools to navigate challenging tasks professionally and with ease.
While I really like photography, I LOVE human connection. Knowing who you are and what lights your heart on fire is what will inspire me behind the camera.
So, if you’re fun we are going to have a freakin’ blast! If you’re romantic you’re going to get all the kisses (not from me, that would be weird). If you’re adventurous, let’s plan one to be photographed. If you’re shy, let’s relax in calmness.

Our time together begins well before your wedding day…
How wild is it that I took a bride & groom to an ice cream shop at midnight the night of their wedding?
I’ve also celebrated promotions with cocktails, attended baby showers, sent flowers after the loss of a loved one, and to this day stay in touch with so many of my clients who became friends.
The relationship I have with each couple is different but the one thing that remains the same is that I invest my whole heart into your wedding day.
For some couples, this means we’ve worked through questionnaires and talked through wedding details and priorities at length over the phone. When I arrive on their wedding day, they 100% trust what they want will be photographed beautifully and confidently with me by their side.
For most of my couples, the planning process looks more like this…
Between our consultation, engagement session, texts & DMs we usually get to know each other well before the wedding day. You can think of me as the wedding pro who is happy to share her unbiased opinion and help navigate any situation. My favorite meet-up is the timeline review with drinks (and usually tacos!) to talk through the wedding details and photography timeline.
All these little interactions are when I learn all about who you are as a couple as well as an individual. It’s what allows me to capture your personality from the eye of a friend and not just a photographer. It’s why I don’t have to stage candid moments like these of Rachel and Zack below…I knew what to expect because I got to know them so well leading up to the wedding day! You’ll trust me, I’ll take great care of you, and together we will make some magic happen!

Engagement sessions are a great way to celebrate your marriage and have beautiful pictures to use for your save-the-date and wedding website. It’s also the perfect time to find your posing style and understand how that process works.
It’s also when we will really get to know each other. You may not realize it now, but you’re going to spend more time with me than anyone else on your wedding day. I’m literally observing your every move. Sounds weird, right?
Trust me, while stepping in front of the camera can feel weird at first, the one thing you’ll never worry about is being photographed by me. I make it really fun, bring out who you are, and focus on making our time together a one-of-a-kind experience.
By the time the wedding day is here, you’ll trust me with your most vulnerable moments and that I truly understand what your vision is.
