In 2016, I survived a stroke and a ruptured brain aneurysm. It should have killed me. Instead, it changed everything. It gave me another shot at life and reshaped how I approach wedding photography.

I don’t chase staged or forced photos. Instead, I capture the real, messy, beautiful moments. The ones that actually matter. Trust me, those are the moments you’ll never want to forget.

BEHIND THE LENSE

We moved into a tiny home before tiny homes were cool when I was little. We didn’t have a TV or AC and grew our own food. It was an adventure that shaped who I am today.

Life’s changed a little, but I still love a simple life and chasing new adventures. As an Enneagram 7 (The Enthusiast!), I’m all about diving into new experiences and helping people dream BIG ideas.

I met my husband at my best friend’s 22nd birthday when I almost fell into the bonfire, Eddie caught me, and the rest is history. We’ve been married 20 years and love traveling with our boys and exploring the outdoors.

You’ll usually find me outside, chasing fresh air and new views, attempting to lift heavy weights at Midtown Movement and Medicine, and I'm obsessed with backpacking the Appalachian Trail. I love the sauna, whether it’s a quiet moment alone or time to recharge with friends, and nothing beats a day on the water with the sun on my face and time with family and friends!

I’m always bringing little pieces of the outdoors home, and my house is scattered with keepsakes from my daily walks. Every week starts the same way...Sunday worship and a deep breath before the next adventure...there are no boring weeks!

With our two oldest sons grown and our youngest homeschooled, our world is all about shared adventures and staying close.

It’s these connections... the love between people, the closeness of family, and the “laugh so hard you cry” moments with friends that make a wedding day meaningful.

My life experiences help me step back, observe, and capture the moments you’ll want to remember forever.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to learn what you love and capture this season of life in pictures!

You might be surprised to know that my parents lived in a treehouse when I was born!

Trust that they know who you are and we are all grateful for your support!

Even though you may never meet my family

You’ll usually find me outside, exploring, adventuring, and backpacking on the

Appalachian Trail.

Whether it’s a quiet moment alone or a way to recharge with a group of friends, it’s always the perfect reset.

Every week needs to start with a church on Sunday morning with family and friends!

Relationships are at the heart of everything I do.

I’ll go above and beyond to make your photography experience amazing, with the hope of being your go-to photographer for years. You can expect clear communication, helpful planning guides, organized but flexible sessions, and a genuine desire to capture who you truly are in every photo.

my PROMISE

I first picked up a digital camera in Telluride, Colorado. My husband bought me a Canon Rebel, and two years later, I left my job at MetLife to start my wedding photography business. Fifteen years later, I still can’t believe the life that little Rebel inspired.

the JOURNEY

My style is all about keeping things authentic, fun, and true to life with colors that pop just the way you remember them. Let's create photos that don’t just show you how it looked but take you right back to how it felt.

my STYLE

Lived-In
fearless
authentic

For the past 12 years, I’ve had the best job in the world, photographing hundreds of weddings and countless portrait sessions.

My business has grown 100% through word of mouth, and I truly believe that’s because I care just as much about your experience as I do about creating beautiful images you’ll appreciate for generations to come.
